What are your candles made out of?
Our candles are made out of 100% soy wax and are hand-poured in house to give you quality scents that are fragrant when burning and when they're not burning.
Personalisation is also done in-house.
What do I do if I wish to change any information on my order?
If information regarding your postage details need to be changed, please email hello@candlr.com.au within 24 hours after your order has been made.
If any personalisation changes need to be made, please let us know within 24 hours after your purchase.
If your item has already been shipped, the customers will need to cover to the returns cost and an additional service fee of $10 to change the personalisation. Items will need to be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received. This is inclusive of the protective packaging and box it was delivered in.
How long will it take for my order to be processed and sent out?
Please allow for 2-5 days for your items to be dispatched. Our items are handcrafted in house and thus need time to be prepared in accordance to your orders needs. However, this is an estimation and is subject to change.
Items will be sent out to couriers Monday - Saturday.
How long does shipping take?
We provide shipping all over Australia. Standard shipping will take between 2-5 business days after dispatch and Express shipping will take 1-3 business days after dispatch.
My order never arrived, what do I do?
If your order has not arrived after its estimated date, please email us at hello@candlr.com.au. Alternatively, you can contact the courier provider to receive an update about the whereabouts of your package.
